last conda release seems to be 0.2.6
last pip release seems to be 0.2.1
last docs version on pythonhosted seems to be 0.2

Can we do releases consistently across these platforms?

Conda & PyPI releases already are consistent (both 0.2.6). Where did you see 0.2.1 for pip?
The documentation is outdated, I agree.

This brings me to 0.2.1:

 https://testpypi.python.org/pypi/pytram

I couldn't find another version

Ah, I see. That's PyPI's test page for checking registration and uploads without cluttering the real repository: https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pytram
