Inline metadata

Hi,

can anybody give some detail about the Auto-tracking inline script metadata feature? I do not seem to find a way to make marimo automatically update the script metadata in a notebook file, as stated in the documentation.

@rico-bo are you running with marimo edit --sandbox? Do you have uv installed? Is uv set as your preferred package manager?

Yes, I'm running with marimo edit --sandbox and I have uv installed in the virtual environment. I do not think uv is set as preferred package manager. I'm used to conda and I'm just experimenting with marimo and uv. Thanks.
