Rocky Linux 9.5 incus installed with qemu-kvm and linked with sudo ln -s /usr/libexec/qemu-kvm /usr/bin/qemu-system-x86_64 but face error a #1516

installed using https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/neil/incus/ after installation done show errors

Need resolution , if incus server works for Rocky linux 9.5 or not any official gudie or tutorials for creating containers and VM inside bare metal(physical amd based machine)
