No option to window title

This issue was opened by a bot after a user submitted feedback through the in-app form.

Message:

When using the App Icon setting for appearance. I can only see the Window Title of the currently selected Application. I have the option to show tab as icon. For instance I can see two Finder icon, but I don't know which one I have to select until I actually focus/select the icon because they don't have the Window Title in them.

Provide an option to show Window Title regardless if they are selected/preview.
