Ad2p works for pairing, for address book access but no sound on calls.

Talking with Cyanogen we have to try changing the default bt driver from texas to texasalt. He said "i imagine you'd just have to adjust the firmware loader for hero"

It seems it comes from Phone apps. Will have a close look soon.
