Add Wikidata as identifier

People, publishers, and publications can have a Wikidata identifier. Bibliographic data can also be imported from Wikidata.

This is a great idea. In principle this extension is possible. For the current scope of the project this is however not included (that is, we leave it to future work for now and see what we can do).
