The custom form does not reflect the custom fields that campaigns are entering to ask their volunteers for help.

campaigns are using the custom fields option to request help from volunteers in https://beta.liane.camp/form_settings

last block: "desired skills"

the fields are saved but the changes are not reflected in the custom forms to send to each person, forx example: https://beta.liane.camp/f/bbe292
