Explicar como instalar o docker nas diferentes plataformas.

Motivação

Facilitar a vida da pessoa desenvolvedora para instalar o ambiente de desenvolvimento.

Sugestão de implementação

Alguém que tenha o sistema (Windows, Linux, Mac) fazer para o seu sistema.
