Current behaviour

Emojis relaxed, left_right_arrow and arrow_up_down are not rendered in the NotoColorEmoji font, but in LiberationSans, while other Emojis are rendered correctly in the NotoColorEmoji font:

Expected behaviour

Also in the Linux desktop app all Emojis should be rendered correctly, i.e. in the NotoColorEmoji font. The iOS app of Joplin renders also Emojis relaxed, left_right_arrow and arrow_up_down correctly.
