并行调用 Yar_Concurrent_Client::call ，服务超时，并没有回调 error_callback，而且并行调用的 YAR_OPT_TIMEOUT 设置没有效果

我在服务端， sleep(10) ，然后让客户端调用超时，但是 error_callback 并未被调用
