Allow for keeping track of words that the user found interesting.

Feature info

Create a sliding window tab
When the tab opens the messages get squished to the side
You can input a new "word/phrase" and "definition"
You can delete old words
This feature will not create definitions yet
We'll need to create a db for this

Questions

is it kosher to have a sqlite db here? Won't changes be tracked by git? How can we stop that while allow for users to easy create db?
