Enable the message received from chatGPT to be spoken.

Feature info

Blur the text
Have a play button
Play button calls chatgpt voice api and gets an audio file
Save audio file in cache
Create 'unblur' button

Questions

Do we want this as a default feature or should it be a part of a setting? - we'd need to create a settings section
Will chatgpt api know what language is being used?
