I should also have mentioned that if I add a real 3.5" floppy drive that works fine. |

I have an STM32 based GOTEK integrated into two variants of replica Acorn Atom, one works fine the other I get a disk protect error when I try to save ?
I can see pin 57, usually high, going low during the save attempt which is why the disk controller is reporting write protected but I can't understand why the 'GOTEK' is signaling low ?
In FF.cfg I have write-protect = no
All is fine on the other electrically identical setup, with just a slightly different PCB layout.
I have tried a couple of different USB drives which both work fine on the first machine but not in the second ?
I had V3.23 installed and upgraded to V3.42 but that made no difference.
So what could be causing pin 57 to go low ?
Here's my FF.cfg (though I don't think that's the problem) FF.txt
Chris
