CF7-Newsletter Causing "Confirm Navigation" Alert Error

After configuring everything and making sure it works, I noticed that each time I try to navigate away from a form I get a "Navigation Confirmation" Alert. ("The changes you made will be lost if you navigate away from this page. Are you sure you want to leave this page?")

I disabled all other plugins and reverted back to Twenty Fourteen to test.

With one exception, everything seems to work even if I navigate away. The one thing I'm struggling with is an event firing in Additional Settings, but I'm not sure if it's related.

I'm on Wordpress 4.5.2 and CF7-Newsletter version 2.2.

I use this plugin on several sites, and this warning happens all the time.
