Provide NuGet package for the core logic

It would be nice if the logic of the tool could be provided as a NuGet package. Use case is if I use this in a Cake Addin, it works using the tool, but the user needs to make sure the tools is available on the build server, while a NuGet package could directly be provided by the Cake addin (provided the license allows it) and requires no additional setup by the user
