rosrun ... を実行とすると，以下のようにFiled to connect master at [localhost:11311] と表示されます．

rosrun を実行する際には，別のターミナルでroscore としてからrosrun のコマンドを打ってください．
roslaunch する場合は，roslaunch コマンド内でroscore を走らせてくれるので，roscoreは必要ありません．roscoreが立ち上がっているターミナルで，roscoreをC-c で止めてください．
