Currently, when a site is provisioned, it does not install WordPress. That's left up to the user.
It would be great if there was a way to opt into installing WordPress and/or WordPress-develop (for contributing) and provision things correctly.

With #21 WP-CLI is now installed on the instance. So the easiest way to achieve this would be to create a command that can be run with multipass exec
