New Users brought into uncreated pod no matter their postal code

I've invited different users who have tried different postal codes and it seems that no matter what they are always added into the uncreated pod.

Can you please send me a couple example users, their postal code entered, and the pod they should have been placed in? I need to be able to replicate the issue and figure out exactly what's going on before I can fix it.

There we go, I just created a new user (370) with a postal code in Verdun : H4G 1M3
They should have been placed in the Verdun pod.
