If you are using Traefik in a container in the cloud - you are likely to have set the clustermanagementurl to the external IP of the cluster to enable routing. In development, the local SF cluster will return services at localhost which is not addressable from within the container without using --net=host which is only available on Linux.
SF with containers are currently not supported on Windows 10 so we should aim to target this scenario on MacOS and Windows Server.
