P.8: Don’t leak any resources
has links to
https://isocpp.github.io/CppCoreGuidelines/CppCoreGuidelines#SS-lifetime
but they are invalid - they just move the user to the top of the page. I suppose proper one would be
https://isocpp.github.io/CppCoreGuidelines/CppCoreGuidelines#prolifetime-lifetime-safety-profile

Oh, are they? I could not manage to reproduce. I have checked the links in P.8 and they all work fine.
