A related question - executing "./isaaclab.sh -i sb3" yields a comment saying "Running inside a docker, skipping vscode setup, to setup vscode, run isaaclab -v" (see blow image attached). My question: what should I do? what is the guidelines? should I use vscode when running isaac lab in the cloud? or not? if yes, how - what is the recommended way? |

Hi, I used the Issac Automator to create an aws instance with Isaac Lab. It works great!
I am now trying to understand what are my options in terms of vscode development.
The IsaacLab vscode documentation page states that it "is only applicable for Isaac Sim installed via the Omniverse Launcher".
I do see there's an omniverser launcher installed on that cloud instance.
Can I use vscode there and follow https://isaac-sim.github.io/IsaacLab/main/source/overview/developer-guide/vs_code.html ?
I do see there's a vscode icon placed on the Desktop which might mean it is useful?
But i'm not sure how to follow the instruction to "Open the IsaacLab directory on Visual Studio Code IDE" - where is the IsaacLab directory? I guess it's inside a docker image.
