Add webOS support

As an extension of opensource activities of webOS(http://opensource.lge.com/), we wish to maintain webOS's modifications of ozone-wayland on official repository.

After we will upload all of our patches on separate branch and then merge into master branch.

Is it only one commit, the "Implementation WEBOS VKB for Ozone Wayland"? The chances look neat for me in principle. I think @joone and @kalyankondapally can double check and eventually pull in the patch.

@tiagovignatti we are now working on it. We got 30+ changes. We plan to have most of the patches on branch till 29th of Jan 2016.
