To allow easy creation of translations into other languages of all the labels that users/players will see, it is required to find all the instances of text that goes external and to extract them into an external file that contains all the labels.

A system of 'IFDEF LANG=RU' ... etc could work well enough; or perhaps a flag in makefile that includes the rlght labels_RU.h file or so.
