[Question]: Failed to parsing document, error: TOO_MANY_REQUESTS/12/disk usage exceeded flood-stage watermark

Parsing the file fails and I get the following error:

Docker is deployed on my PC and has 50+ gigs of free storage, why is this error reported?

Make sure 20% free space in disk.
