[Enhancement] Add column for Vernacular name

Description

In data_input_checklist_indicators.tsv there is a vernacular_name column for each language (nl, en & fr) this column should be used to populate a new Vernacular name column in the taxa table.

• Add new column vernacular_name
• Enable searching/filtering based on the Vernacular name

(Optional) Needed changes in backoffice

• add vernacular_name_nl, vernacular_name_fr, vernacular_name_en to data_input_checklist_indicators aspbo#84
• Add translations of the column to translations_simple.csv

(Optional) Additional less important changes

• It would be nice to display the first Vernacular name of the list next to the Latin name in the search box
