I want to delete image files that are very small in size like under 50kb using cli or any other tool?

For your example, you could use

SELECT id FROM "assets"
  JOIN "exif" ON "assets"."id" = "exif"."assetId"
  WHERE "exif"."fileSizeInByte" < 50000
  ORDER BY "exif"."fileSizeInByte" ASC;

Then you can iterate over the IDs by using the deleteAssets API endpoint https://immich.app/docs/api/delete-assets/

Is there a way to do this on TrueNas Scale immich instance?

Sure, you just have to be able to enter the database and run the queries + then make the API calls. You would have to research how to do all that on your platform.
