License for equirect test images?

I'm interested in using some of your test data as part of the OpenXR CTS as well. https://github.com/immersive-web/webxr-samples/blob/main/media/textures/mono_equirect_test.png looks like a super useful image, and the repo implies it is MIT, but I have found the original may be at https://github.com/FinweLtd/orion360-sdk-basic-examples-android/blob/master/app/src/main/assets/Orion360_test_image_1920x960.jpg which does not appear to be subject to an open source license but rather some "evaluation kit EULA".

Can you confirm the copyright and license of this file? Ideally, if this repo could pass https://reuse.software it would really help being able to build on it by ensuring that every single file has unambiguous machine-readable copyright and license info.
