Removing values incorrectly reports "No changes to save" #32

Steps to recreate:

Open the 'Analysis Parameters' slide.
In the 'Period Demand Values' section, remove all numbers from a single demand (i.e., delete all numbers from a single row).
Click Update

The UI will say "No changes; no need to talk to server." This is incorrect, as a page reload shows the values have in fact been removed.
