cant see icon on menu bar #7

So sorry for the delay. The app runs in the background. You should be able to kill it by using the activity monitor. Which version of OS X do you use? I can also refund you the purchase if you didn't manage to get to it. |

Hi, installation from appstore didnt work.. it was "running" but id didnt
show at menubar.. So I restart PC, unnistall it manually and then install
it manually from dng file from your website and then ti start works.. I
have latest macos..;)

@morwic, if you wish to get a refund, you have to start the process from the apple software app. According to https://www.quora.com/How-can-I-issue-a-refund-for-an-iPhone-app-to-an-unhappy-customer, you should be able to
The trick is navigating the help system in Manage Account past the standard questions so the customer can submit a form explaining their request. Once they get that email, Apple's refunds have been prompt two times out of two.

Hi... I just bought this app.. open it and nothing happens..there is no icon in menu bar.. I downloaded it from website and try to "reinstall" but it says the app is running.. where..? I need it as soon as possible, please..
