Hi... I just bought this app.. open it and nothing happens..there is no icon in menu bar.. I downloaded it from website and try to "reinstall" but it says the app is running.. where..? I need it as soon as possible, please..

So sorry for the delay. The app runs in the background. You should be able to kill it by using the activity monitor. Which version of OS X do you use? I can also refund you the purchase if you didn't manage to get to it.

@morwic, if you wish to get a refund, you have to start the process from the apple software app. According to https://www.quora.com/How-can-I-issue-a-refund-for-an-iPhone-app-to-an-unhappy-customer, you should be able to

The trick is navigating the help system in Manage Account past the standard questions so the customer can submit a form explaining their request. Once they get that email, Apple's refunds have been prompt two times out of two.
