[i18n-zh] Translating docs to Chinese

Hello Huggingface team, I've checked "smolagents" recently, and I'm interested in it, I would like to help translate docs.😀

I'll be responsible to chapters below in next 2 weeks.

I can help with the examples part for translation. But it may take 3-4 weeks as I can only use my weekend for this.

Thanks a lot for your propositions!

I think best is to process step by step: don't hesitate to submit an individual PR for every file you translate. Make it "小, 快, 灵"!
