The problem

Unable to add Bridge to Home if Lights are included in scope. If lights are included, I receive an error when adding the bridge as an accessory that the accessory is out of compliance and can't be added. If lights are excluded, the bridge is added successfully.
Lights were working in HomeKit as recently as 2 days ago, but began showing up as unresponsive in the Home app. However, control of all lights through HomeAssisstant is working fine. In an attempt to troubleshoot, I removed the Bridge from the Home and began seeing this error when trying to re-add it.
