• Create a new folder with the name of the extension
• Add all code (HTML,CSS,JavaScript) in that folder
• Add a readme file where the preview of the extension is shown
• Attach a picture of extension while creating a PR

So I have idea I Will make number counter extension.
Working - In which we can count number, Reset, save etc.
