说明

如标题所示，这个BUG的一个触发条件是有上一个视频和下一个视频的按钮，且标记精彩时刻

浏览器配置&插件版本

浏览器：Edge
版本：131.0.2903.112
插件下载来源：Chrome 应用商店

卡出这个BUG的视频（高成功率）：

Tip

在页面完全加载完之前，鼠标晃一下视频的控制栏，且正好晃到时间的地方，很大概率上成功卡出此BUG
