Please design a way to make the "Restore from Trash" functionality more discoverable on the My Projects page.

Details

According to the results of #1663, when users are tasked with restoring a deleted project on the My Projects page, most either take a very long time to figure out how to do it or abandon the task altogether.

Action Items

• Design some mockups that explore solutions to this issue.
• Review with the product, research, and development teams. Update if needed based on feedback.
• Once a size decision has been finalized, add a slide on the staging deck.
• Get Stakeholder sign-off via the stakeholder meeting slide deck.
