Have Tommy remember/backup form data #13

Just like Lazarus. However, unlike Lazarus, try to detect when form data was actually lost. Indicators may be:

A page with a filled-form in it is refreshed.
You navigate to a page via the back button that has a filled-form on it.

When it's detected, have Tommy say something indicating he saved your data and will help you put it back in.

Many users will likely forget that Tommy does this until he reminds them, creating a moment where the user is extremely thankful to have him.
