Block producer compliance pass/fail

Aloha have been doing some great work on their bp research portal https://www.alohaeos.com/vote#validate I believe the majority of the community would like to see non compliant block producers made visible on voting portals. Please show at least a simple compliance pass/fail next to each bp in the voting section.

This is something we're thinking about, but will require some more heavy lifting to maintain the user's privacy while using something like this within the wallet. I'll leave it open until a point in time in which we can accomplish it.
