GHA runner hung causing build to fail

Expected behavior:

Teleport should build without issue

Current behavior:

Teleport builds in GHA periodically fail. It appears that something in the build process hangs, or perhaps the runner process disconnects. The issue happens once or twice a week on different jobs and is not easily reproducable.
