Provide more information on Session Recordings Screen

What would you like Teleport to do?

Right now (16.x) session recordings show "Duration" and "Created (UTC)". Best as I can tell , created is the end date.

It would be nice to have both a "start" and "end" date.

What problem does this solve?

Often the question comes up of "what happened at XX:YY:ZZ". Right now, it's kind of difficult to figure that out, since you have to take each session, and subtract the duration from the created time. What woudl be really nice is to have "Start Time" "End Time" and "Duration". Especially since after an hour you seem to lose a lot of granularity (i.e. 1 hour, I think, is anything > 60 minutes and < 120 minutes, which is a pretty big range).

Extra credit if I could search for this. i.e. "Recordings that were active on September 3rd at 12:12:12 PM"

If a workaround exists, please include it.
