feature request: way to skip current cell when entering a new puzzle

When going cell by cell, moving the cursor to the next cell is great. I know typing 0 on the keyboard will move to the next cell without entering a digit, but mobile doesn't have a keyboard, we have to use the vkbd. Maybe when you have a number highlighted, the delete vkey will delete it, but if the cell is already blank, the delete vkey will instead advance to the next cell (and maybe change the label to 'blank' or something).

I haven't forgotten about this request - I've just been trying to think of a 'nice' way to implement it.

One idea I had is that the restart button is not really needed when entering a puzzle - if you screwed up badly and want to start over, you can just select "Enter a new puzzle" from the menu. So my idea is to replace the "restart" button with a "next cell" button when you are in "Enter" mode rather than "Solve" mode.
