The current version of Grafana OnCall, at the time this issue was opened, is v1.9.20. If your issue pertains to an older version of Grafana OnCall, please be sure to list it in the PR description. Thank you 😄! |

Same issue, we need to update ticket in OTRS when new alert added to group or existing one changed its state. It forks fine in telgeram chatops, but no such webhook exists. |

Actual (1.9.20) outgoing webhook integration sends payload of first alert in alert group on Alert group Create, Update trigger. It would be nice to have trigger when new alert is added to group and in addition ability to send payload of latest alert.
