What went wrong?

What happened:
AttributeError("'NoneType' object has no attribute 'interrupt_time'") occasionally occurs in apps.slack.representatives.alert_group_representative.on_create_alert_slack_representative_async task (logs)

How do we reproduce it?

Not yet sure of the conditions that lead to this exception, more investigation is required

this may have been fixed by https://github.com/grafana/deployment_tools/pull/115810 but will continue to monitor

I'm going to mark this as closed as we haven't seen this exception in 6 days (previously it was occurring daily)
