Grafana on call generates random alert group url

What went wrong?

What happened:
-Mine grafana on call alert group has got this weird url and trying to figure out where it is coming from . The Url looks like this
grafana.monitoring.svc.cluster.local/a/grafana-oncall-app/alert-groups/IVVVVVVVXX

Does anyone know where this comes from?

What did you expect to happen:

I have also set externalGrafanaUrl as well.

How do we reproduce it?

1. Open Grafana OnCall and do X
2. Now click button Y
3. Wait for the browser to crash. Error message says: "Error..."
