Export support tickets directly from interface using a download icon in a downloadable format like .csv or .xls.
In addition to status, name, date, Open by, the category should also be downloadable in the csv/xls.

Here is the PR from backend
glific/glific#3135

Expected behavior
support tickets between that start date and end date should be downloaded in csv or xls format
