Due to uncertainty in peak annotation, a single compound can be associated with multiple expression values. In this case, which expression values to send to Reactome? (see commit 834b988).
We could follow PALS Viewer and average the expression values before sending them to Reactome. See glasgowcompbio/PALS@c0cc7ed
