Feature Description

migrated from Greenshot after years, new here...
It might be already documented but couldn't find it.

Describe the solution you'd like

change default hotkeys

Additional question

Greenshot added the application name to the saved files. can we do that?

image

Additional question

using CTRL+A to select the whole screen and save it also copy the screenshot to clipboard? i only found that CTRL+A can copy filepath to clipboard. this works on using the area selection snippet tool , it correctly copies the screenshot to the clipboard read to be pasted in any app.

much ♥

Same here. Trying to move from Greenshot but not being able to fully change all keybinds is being a bit of an hindrance. Give me this and the ability to screenshot a windows on a separate shortcut and I'm golden.

Duplicate of #1341 which is partially addressed in #2168

Greenshot added the application name to the saved files. can we do that?

No, because Flameshot does not have access to the other softwares you are running. This is not a bug, it is a privacy feature.

using CTRL+A to select the whole screen and save it also copy the screenshot to clipboard?

like most text editors, you can do Ctrla to "select all" and then Clrtc to "copy" the screenshot so that you can paste it elsewhere.

i hope i have answered all your questions.
