It appears that we haven't made this component localizable, for example:

profiler/src/components/shared/SampleTooltipContents.js

Line 98 in 0845e7d

<div className="tooltipLabel">Stack:</div>

This is just an example, there are more in that page.
It would be good to make them localizable.
