背景
Venus当前account体系，为了适应venus-market等等其他组件更新迭代中遇到的需求，当前正在进行新的一轮设计。欢迎社区/各路系统设计大神，提出自己的应用场景，需求以及自己的想法/建议。谢谢！🙏设计文档
