Is using -filter-complex supported?

On the playground I used the following:

This outputs the following:

But when I run it I get:

[AVFilterGraph @ 0xde7b10] No such filter: '"'
Error initializing complex filters.
Invalid argument
Aborted()

When I run the command on Linux however, it works without any issues.
(The specified files have been added to the storage of the playground and are found)

Turns out the \" are not required in "\"[0:v][1:v]overlay=0:2144\""
Just "[0:v][1:v]overlay=0:2144"
