Manage GEOMETRYCOLLECTIONS

MakeValid may generate geometries of a different type (in particular, GEOMETRYCOLLECTIONS). The plugin should take care of this case, and produce a layer of the same geometry type as the original, and one or two to hold the additional geometry types (lines, points).
The PK ID should be preserved in the output.
