Now that we have an official repo for the blog, we should document what the process and guidelines are for making contributions to it.

I figure this can go in the README.md file.

What should the recommended process be for this?

Should we ask that contributors propose new posts on the forum first? Or just allow PRs to be opened against the repo as a first step?

What will the review process look like? What are the acceptance criteria?

Since this is the "official" blog (even though it is a "community" blog) it will represent the farmOS project and community, so having some quality control will be necessary.

Ultimately, I'd love to see more community members volunteer to help review and maintain this repo. We intentionally made this a standalone repo so that we could add more maintainers to it.
